Self-Care for Healthcare Workers - Planning for a Balanced Life

The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) proposes an approach in which the wellness wheel is used to understand and implement self-care behaviors among health workers (5). There are seven spokes proposed by ACEP and all are considered important; however, this does not mean that all should have the same size for there to be a balance.
